» Proximities, Inc., is a developer of secure radio frequency identification (RFID) wristbands, cashless payment, age verification and access control systems announced today that it has sold substantially all of its assets, including its patent portfolio, to Bartronics America, Inc., a Delaware Corporation headquartered at 2292 Walsh Ave., Santa Clara, CA 95050. Bartronics America, Inc. (“BAI”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bartronics India Limited, a public company, located in Hyderabad, India.

» SRG America debuts the launch of its new division, Specialized Consultants OnDEMAND Network. In the first quarter following the introduction of Consultants OnDEMAND, the network registered 5000+ highly skilled consultants; providing the link between the clients and the consultants while maximizing operational efficiency.

» SRG, the leader in IT consulting & product development remodels it's SRG-AOM (Application Outsourcing Model) Methodology that provides a compelling value proposition and service readiness via our superior process migration competencies. » SRG started its FUND Services Division , which will be headed by Krishna Vemuri.
The Team members joining the division are Natraj Nukala, Ashish Koul. The service is offered for the Hedge fund administrators, in supporting their middle office and back office work. The revenue model is Consulting, Projects Time and Material based, Outsourcing to India.

» SRG Started its Training Division in LA
SRG planned to start its Training Davison in LA from 1st of August. The courses that are offered are ERP related course. This training center will be headed by Ms Pallavi Karande

» SRG has started it SRG FT
SRG has started its full time placements division to support its direct clients. The division for SRG FT is headed by, Mr. Sudhir Moni, VP- Recruiting.

» Bartronics America won the first contract this June. The client is Comic Con in San Diego, California. We have received Comic-con's Purchase order and contract for a people counting Pilot Project. During this pilot, we will have to monitor room occupancy for one of the halls at a conference. About 35,000 people will be moving in and out of the room every day for 5 days during the conference. Our pilot will be the primary tool for the fire marshal to monitor room occupancy and avoid overcrowding. Our solution must provide a people count that is 96% accurate, or better. In addition, we are discussing with them about testing RFID wristbands as an enhanced pilot.

» Bartronics America also put up a booth at RFIDLive! 2008 at Las Vegas, Nevada. We had a working demonstration of our RFID Wristband cashless payment system. We had several prospects visit our booth and were successful in generating several leads.
